My experience

I need a downstairs room due to mobility issues. I had to wait an extra 40 min for this to be arranged. There were notes on my mobility but they were not heeded.
The hygienist was excellent.

Dentist and assistant very friendly, put me at ease, 5 stars for the dental team. Wasn't keen on the reception area though, an exceptionally loud beeping noise kept going off every few minutes, might have something to do with the doors opening and closing although if it was it was delayed. The noise was so loud and horrible I thought I would get a migraine if I had to suffer it any longer. No idea how the receptionist manages to work in that environment.
