The appointment started on time. Hygienist and his assistant are friendly and professional. I was put at ease. I followed the advice I was given at my previous appointment and it makes sense and has been effective. I now require annual rather than biannual appointments.

I had to make an emergency appointment (cap came out) and managed to see Fiona my regular dentist, she really is amazing, took the time to explain to me my options.
Put me fully at ease.

Very accommodating, receptionist was polite and professional and arranged for the dentist to change rooms from upstairs to downstairs for my appointment when she saw I had a 4 wheeled walker and walking stick. The Dentist was very cheerful and put me at ease immediately, she was thorough and gentle whilst doing the examination. She explained future procedures and costs and ensured I understood everything she had explained.
