Wallingford House Dental Practice
I rang for an emergency appointment on Friday. I was offered today (Monday) at 4.30. I had an X-ray and was given antibiotics for a cracked tooth. The first appointment offered for extraction was 25th July - 16 days later. I asked if that was the earliest appointment or whether I could see anyone else. It was. I could not.
Toothache is not nice. I find it hard to believe you so not have any emergency appointments you could offer.

Brilliant dentist
The reception staff are always very helpful and patient especially as they are exceptionally busy. My dentist, Dima, is brilliant - she’s very patient and explains everything as she’s doing the treatment. Been a patient for several years and I’m very happy with the service.

Brilliant, very friendly
Dima was brilliant, very friendly and certainly put me at ease in my 1hr 30min appointment. Explained everything she was about to do which went very well. Wouldn't have any problem recommending her. The receptionists gave good customer service.

Day at the dentist
Friendly staff, polite, looked at you when speaking to you. Not a three way conversation, explained what options you could have verbally not just pointing at a leaflet. Very important, smiling at someone, not a blank expression. So a very good experience.
