Excellent
I had a temporary filling removed and a permanent white filling. All the staff were very polite and friendly. The procedure was painless as Fiona and Jeanette were very careful and gentle. I would certainly recommend the practice.

Dima was a delight to meet. She made me welcome, relaxed and confident that my pain would soon be resolved; which it was. The atmosphere in her room was upbeat - her playlist was joyful and it turned a molar extraction into quite a pleasant experience. Crazy! Thank you, Dima.

A positive experience
From walking through the door the reception was friendly, the dentist came out to meet me, introducing me to herself and assistant. She listened to my and offered me advice. All in all a positive experience.

Great customer service
The customer service from Dima is always exceptional. She is a pleasure to visit, always smiley and makes me feel at ease!
My only criticism would be that the reception area was boiling hot, and always is when I come to visit!
