Dental Inspection - Excellent Service with Dima
Dima is a lovely person who puts you at your ease straightaway. She takes the time to listen to you and is very professional. She is aware of my phobia (can’t stand metal on my teeth) and is gentle when carrying out the inspection with the metal instruments. I just wish the dentists in my past had been more like Dima!

An excellent visit, as always
The receptionist was answering the phone when I arrived. At a suitable point in the conversation she asked the caller to hold briefly while she checked me in, which I felt was professional and courteous to the caller and me.
Dima is a superb dentist, friendly and welcoming, introducing the nurse working with her, but also professional and knowledgeable. She takes the time to understand my dental issue from my viewpoint and to discuss ways of managing it.

The dentist was very professional and explained the prodcedure carefully. The extraction was painless but noisy as i omitted to remove my hearing aides!
Suggest they check with elderly patients if they wear hearing aides before a procedure.
I am very happy with the outcome.
The only other downside was the stairs to reach the dentist. But that is my problem not theirs.
This is a new appointment for a checkup.
They were running 40 minutes late .
I wasn't told this until I enquired after 30 mins wait.thereafter the receptionist informed patients on arrival..
Dentist superb. Highly recommended.
