Absolutely excellent service
I had lost a crown from my tooth over the weekend, called the practice and left a message which was promptly replied to by a very helpful receptionist. I saw Ms McKay at 4.30 the same day who couldn't have been kinder or more professional and helpful. Temporary filling was done and prompt appointments were made to rectify and complete treatment. Absolutely excellent service and outcome.

I loved my experience today. Unheard of as I am nervous of dentists. Made me relax and they were thorough and knew how to floss my tooth at the back that has given me a hard time.

Staff in the practice were polite and efficient. But my last check up appointment at the end of March was cancelled without informing me and now can’t get another for a few months. It is also impossible to get through on the phone, after trying for several days and always being in a queue, I decided I would just hang on the line. I queued for 60 minutes, at that point I was transferred to voice mail to leave a message, but the message box was full so I could not.
