I had a filling today which Dima, my dentist, handled with aplomb, given I'm a nervous patient. Very soothing that she hummed along to Adele whilst she worked!

I have reduced mobility, due to osteoarthritis, and when I booked in, the receptionist immediately reassured me that I would be seen in one of the ground floor surgeries. She said with a friendly smile that they were shuffling things around. Almost immediately after I had taken a seat in the waiting room, and several minutes ahead of my appointment time, the nurse called me to the nearby downstairs room, where Carlos my dentist was waiting for me. We had a brief social chat and he carried out the checkup, then chatted with me while we waited for the X-rays to be developed. He introduced the incoming nurse to me, told me that I could just stay put in the chair and assured me that the hygienist would be down shortly. Chazza my hygienist immediately appeared, and carried out my treatment. After reassuring me and encouraging me about the state of my teeth, he helped me out of the chair, and assisted me in putting my coat back on. When I went to make the next routine appontment for six months' time, the receptionist ensured that I had a similar double appointment. I was cared for so sensitively by all the team, and made to feel very welcome. It is a genuine pleasure to be a patient at this exemplary dental practice.

Brilliant dentist

Treatment was great, but being made to wait an hour isn’t. Every time I’ve been over the last few years they are at least 20-30mins behind. Something is wrong with the booking/timing of your appointments.

Great service, the staff so helpful, lots of patience with those that are anxious about being in the dentists chair, the receptionists are very helpful and good at organising appointments, I have had the best help and treatment here.
