I’ve been with is practice for just over a year. From the start I have been really impressed by the way it is organised and run. Without exception the staff are respectful, friendly, welcoming and most importantly, efficient. Treatment has been fully explained every step of the way. In addition I have been given very sound advice on how to take care of my teeth and gums which has transformed my dental health.

The receptionists are always very welcoming and also extremely efficient. The hygienist is very pleasant and is very caring in all the work he does. My dentist is a good professional always helpful and explains all about and how any work that needs to be done. All in all the whole practice and it's staff are very good.

Wallingford House Dental Practice
Dentist did not appear to know what to do and kept changing her mind. Told me the tooth was dead, then said it was fine but had an infection, thought there was something worrying on the X-ray but then said it was nothing, offered to clean my tooth or extract it, kept muttering “What to do, what to do” and asking the nurse for assistance. For someone in pain very worried about my situation, she was totally unreassuring and gave the impression she did not know how to diagnose or solve the problem. I will not go back to this dentist for an emergency or any other treatment.

Puts you at ease
The staff are really lovely here, especially my usual dentist. She’s always polite, with a lovely personality that puts you at ease.
My only grumble was the waiting time - 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this was similar to my last experience. If waiting time could be decreased, it would be a much nicer experience.
