So lovely to have a smiling, friendly receptionist to guide you along. Makes such a difference when you enter an establishment. Hygienist Chazz is a gentle professional, does a thorough job being mindful of his patient. Would never change, although sometimes he's booked up, so think in advance. Then on to Carlos for dental check up. Had Gramps with me who also needed treatment. Carlos spent time explaining long term goals and immediate action needed. He managed to find time to do two fillings with minimum fuss and little pain. Gramps felt cared for and understood his dental plan, vital to look after teeth left at 83! Team were good, asking Fred if he could manage stairs. Carlos's room is up a steep flight, but I'm sure practice will offer downstairs treatment room if needed / requested.
We're on Dentaplan which does seem sensible and worth looking into for new patients. Practice is easy to find, reception team are great both on phone or in person and I love the text confirmation and timely day before reminder.

We had check up appointment booked for 8.30 today, but had to phone them at 8.05 to say we were stuck in traffic and not going to make it on time. They fortunately were able to fit us in at a slightly later time, which was great! Actual appointment was on time and staff very professional. We have been very happy with service offered by this practice ever since we joined them a couple of years ago.
