Helpful and understanding

Broke a tooth, got an appointment very quickly. All staff were friendly and dentist very helpful and understanding. Plain speak, no long winded explanation of treatment needed. Always happy with the service here.

They listened to my concerns

The dentist was helpful, friendly, and professional; they listened to my concerns and checked and addressed both issues I asked about. The receptionist was very helpful too when booking my next appointment.

Made me feel very at ease

The receptionist was exceptionally polite and welcoming.
My new Dentist, Dina and her assistant made me feel very at ease when I’m not the bravest person at the Dentist, they were lovely.
