I haven't been in for a while (a few years now) and from today's visit I have only good things to say, the receptionists were smiley, welcoming, chatty and polite. They were very helpful too. The dentist and her assistant were great too, very professional and I was really happy with my experience, thank you.

My experience
Premed clean. Lovely dentist. Easy booking in and booking for next visit.
But I was literally sitting in the chair for 3 mins for my £25 which felt a bit much.
Perhaps offer a quick 3 minute clean as well as check-up as the £25 should include both that and an x-ray if required.

I was very impressed with the service here and have been with this dental practice since 2015. Bringing my 2 girls along with me they both felt very comfortable as did myself. They answered all my questions and my daughter's aswell. The only thing I would prefer and change is to fill the forms out online before the visit like we use to do as having children along it can be a little challenging to keep them occupied while waiting but other than that very happy and look forward to our next visit

One of the best practices I've visited
Dr Dima is amazing! She is very efficient in her job and I trust her. She is very friendly and makes us feel welcome and leave happy. My family and I are very pleased to have our check-up by her.
I would like to thank the reception team as well for being very friendly and helpful.

My experience
The welcome was lovely as were the people in the practice.
My only issue was being charged the private client rates for my treatment when I am an NHS patient, which gave me quite a surprise when paying.
I would have preferred to be made aware of this in advance and given the option to discuss.
I shall do this with my dentist on my next visit in December.

Excellent dental surgery, combination of NHS and Private options allows personalised treatment plans to suit the individual. Having the same dentist every visit ensures good continuity of treatment.
