Helpful and informative
Given that I haven't visited them or indeed any dentists for over a year (and was almost expecting a 'telling off' of sorts about it) they were very professional about; telling me what state my teeth are in, and what my options were/are - and then how that could be arranged, and so on. Checking everything.
Paying for the appointment was easy, and reception staff were polite, helpful and informative - about paying fees, choosing a work-friendly date to go forward.
In short, the whole appointment was far more pleasant than I had expected it to be.

Lovely friendly dentist
Lovely friendly dentist, she was very thorough when explaining any concerns.
The receptionist was also lovely & went out of her way to help cut costs down by booking my future treatments into one appointment.
