Friendly and caring
As usual my treatment last week was excellent. I attended for an extraction (not something I was looking forward to!) but the procedure was carried out very efficiently (and relatively painlessly) by Dr Kiran. A friendly and caring experience.

Springhill Dental Practice
I turned up for this appointment very apprehensive about the treatment. I wasn’t worried about the quality of work I was worried about the needles and possible pain. I was put at ease by Polly all the way through. There was no pain at all thanks to her skill and gentle touch. She made me feel relaxed all the way through.
Quite a simple process for most I guess but not for me. After today though I won’t have the same fear about next time.

I had been with my dentist for forty years and he had retired. We looked for a new dentist and Springhill was recommended by a friend. I went there today very apprehensive but Dr. Minerva and co. were just great. Thank you.

Excellent, kind service
I visited the practice yesterday as an emergency patient having been up all night in terrible pain, the service from Shannon on reception was brilliant she got me in to see the dentist that morning. I had never met Polly the dentist before but she was absolutely brilliant, she was so kind and caring and I must admit I never felt a thing, Tayla was her nurse who despite not being there for long was also caring, this team is set for great things between them, if like me going to the dentist worries you don't be, they're brilliant and I wish them every success for the future

Springhll Dental Practice has undergone a change in the last couple of years and I have to say for the better. My recent experiences have been very good my new dentist (I dont know her name unfortunately) has been very friendly and informative and has advised me how to look after my teeth properly, probably too late though. I have also had 3 appointments with a dental hygienist named Chelsea who is very friendly, considerate and helpful so all in all I am very pleased with the new Springhill dental practice staff.

These are people that care
There was a relaxed but professional atmosphere in the surgery. The staff were very friendly and I did not feel rushed .
Time was taken to explain my options and I felt I was in great hands . There was great team spirit.
It’s always good to be on the company of people who care about where they work and who they work with.
