Been patients with this practice for many years. Very happy with every appointment. Also they have been very kind in seeing us at short notice and when we've needed to change our appointment. Very professionally run with excellent service and encouraging atmosphere at the practice. Every trust in Steve's surgical skills.

Out of choice I would not use another practice than this one. The service and care received is exceptional and the dentist genuinely understands how stressful dental treatment can be for those who find themselves on the receiving end of it. Examinations are always thorough, regular check-ups are rated and the patient receives easy to understand feedback on their oral health and the support staff are friendly and understanding. I have been using this practice for almost fifty years and the quality of service provided has never been better than it is now and I would recommend the Springhill practice to anyone, but particularly to those (like me) who find a visit to the dentist an exceptionally stressful necessity.

I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time, had work carried out to strengthen my loose teeth after problems with splints breaking.

This was carried out quite efficiently with no pain. I now have to wait and see if this has remedied the problem.

The staff as always were extremely friendly and interacted well with the girls. Steve the dentist is fab explains everything to the kids and me to put them at ease. The girls love coming which says it all really.

I get very nervous every checkup I go to, this is not only on the day but a lead up to. Betty, Steve and Manjit know this and they are all very friendly and professional. On entering the surgery Steve always greets me with a smile and asks how I am and if I have any problems with my teeth. he knows that I can not l wear the bib around my neck as it gets me more nervous and that I wear my own glasses rather than the safety glasses. All these help me to feel a little more relaxed. Manjit also gave lots of reassurance, Steve explains every step of the examination telling me exactly what he is doing and also what he is going to do next, reassuring me. He checks my teeth thoroughly and checking everything he tells me how my teeth are and if I need any other treatment, this time he explained I needed a very tiny filling and that it will not hurt I asked if I needed an injection he smiled and said no it's only a really tiny filling and you will not feel it, he was right I didn't! At the end of my examination he did a scrape and polish again he is very gentle and explains it all once he has finished he praises me for how I've been. He then writes up my notes. I feel reassured that my teeth are ok and that if I have any problems to ring and see him. Steve is a very good dentist.
