I have used the practice for some years but this was my first filling. Steve made me comfortable by explaining what he was doing at each stage which left me feeling in control and not dreading the experience. All about a good bedside manner.

I have been registered with Springhill for many years and have always had the very highest standard of care from Dr. Quance and his team. From routine checkups to more complex treatment I know I will get the best dentistry available along with good advice. Cannot rate this surgery highly enough! Work is always excellent and Steve is very reassuring. I was a very nervous patient when I started going but I'm absolutely fine now because everything is explained and I'm sure things like injections hurt less than they did with previous dentists!

Efficient and friendly reception. Comfortable waiting area. Minimum delay before being called into the surgery so the rest of the day is not disrupted. The relaxed atmosphere takes away much of the fear that many people have when visiting the dentist. I have been a patient here for many years which speaks for itself.

Very friendly and helpful, from 1st greeting and conversation with receptionist to actual dental appointment check up itself. I like being able to book my next appointment before i leave, and i like being able to book appointments together for us to attend as a couple/family group. Dr Quance is always very proactive- he spotted that my daughter had broken her nose and has helped refer us for hospital opinions for my daughters' hyperelasticity of the jaw, way beyond call of duty of the routine dental check ups
