I Have been with this practice over 40 years, initially with Mr Coad then with Dr Quance when he took over the practice when Mr Coad retired.
I was tempted to transfer to another practice nearer to where I live when Dr Quance retired but decided to see how well, or not, the practice now performs.
A broken filling in a dead tooth was temporally filled prior to fitting a crown. The temporary filling fell out a week before a bite was due to be carried out, this was replaced foc but an X-ray showed a small infection under the tooth made the procedure for fitting of a crown inadvisable.
Poli Mineva suggested I leave things as they are and return in six months for another X=ray to see if the infection has cleared.
Very Pleased with Poli, explained everything in detail and I feel reassured as I 'speak'.

A wonderful job
I had an appointment with Rhiarna and though they were running quite late due to earlier clients being delayed with traffic problems I still felt that I had good service. At no point did she try to rush or shorten the treatment in any way. I even got a call partway through and she stopped and asked me if I needed to take the call. I felt comfortable with the treatment and Rhiarna explained what she was doing and was happy to answer my questions. I also feel that they are doing a wonderful job under very difficult circumstances. Thank you all.

Repair/replacement of a temporary crown
The temporary crown was fitted last Thursday, but it broke this Tuesday. I phoned the practice on Tuesday afternoon to try to get it fixed. I could have had an appointment that same day but could not make it due to child care commitments. The receptionist (Jo) said she would try to get me in the next day between 12:00 and 2:00 (my request due to child care commitments again) and would call me back in the morning to confirm. Sure enough, I received a call early on the Wednesday to confirm an appointment at 12:45.
I saw Kiran who repaired/replaced the temporary crown in a very short space of time (15-20 minutes) and it is still all good - I am writing this on the Saturday after the dental work.
