I am always greeted courteously by reception and the dentist and/ or hygienist. The treatment is thorough and what will/is done always explained carefully. I have had some very good advice for between visits care.

I felt in safe hands

Friendly staff, clean, bright and airy reception area. Seen more or less on time. Hygienist made sure I was comfortable as I am not keen on needles and the dentist in general. Friendly, polite, I felt in safe hands. She kept asking me if I was okay, which is reassuring.

Amazing hygienist

Sophie is always incredibly professional from start to finish and immediately makes me feel completely at ease. So kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring throughout. An all-round amazing hygienist. The receptionists are also incredibly kind and helpful.

Staff is always top, professional, kind and caring. It’s challenging with services like this to have absolute adherence to timings of appointment but if there was anything that could be improved for timings that would be the only thing worth mentioning.

An emergency appointment

Called for an emergency appointment for a lost filling resulting in facial swelling. Sam arranged an appointment quickly. Jade prevailed with a difficult tooth extraction keeping me informed throughout what was happening.

A good NHS dentist

Loving the revamp of the reception area. I went for a check up and Jade is always very thorough and welcoming and I feel like I am in very good hands. Feel very lucky to have a good NHS dentist
