They were running slightly late, but I don't have a problem with this, as it means with my visit I will get full attention. They never try to make up time.This time it was a check up and all was well, having to book my next appointment in 9 months time. David Langman is very professional, keeping me at ease while inspecting my teeth, explaining everything within the visit. I would recommend this practice.

My appointment was on 10/04/25 as an NHS patient . Excellent service, professional, friendly and very helpful. Amazingly, I'd broken a tooth the evening before my appointment and I thought it would need to be removed, but Ms Stockham [the dentist] gave me the option of a filling there and then, also telling me the cost to enable me to decide whether to proceed. It was a quick and painless procedure and I am delighted with the result - thank you.
It's brilliant to be able to access an NHS dentist, I know we are very lucky in this area. As a child I had a lot of dental work under the NHS and as a result I have always endeavoured to look after my teeth, I'm now 71 years old and am very grateful
for this service both then and now.

Thank you very much for your feedback. In terms of the price increase, both the NHS and Private Fees do increase every year in April. We have had a poster in the waiting room for a few months now which advises of the increased hygiene fee. I am sorry that you did not see this before your appointment and will ask our reception team to ensure it is visible.
