Fantastic hygienist appointment. Both the hygienist and the nurse were excellent. They both were really concentrating on what they were doing. Money well spent (and I don't often feel that way about this sort of thing).

I spoke to Laura today on reception about having my teeth whitened. I was worried about having it done and she has put my mind at rest with all the information she has given me. She was kind, patient and understanding of my concerns. I have decided to have the whitening done because of her re-assurance. She was sat with Sam and both of them had excellent communication skills. Unfortunately, I have to wait until October to have it done as the dentist is fully booked. I left the dentist feeling happy and having been listened to and understood. Charlotte

Hello Clive, I am sorry that you are disappointed with our service. Unfortunately if a dentist lets us know that they are unwell we do have to cancel the appointments they have booked in that day and this can be short notice for patients booked in first thing. We understand this is frustrating. If you have any problems/pain before your rescheduled appointment next month please do give the practice a call.
