Had a scrape and polish as part of my practice plan. Serena, the new hygienist, explained everything fully and was competent in cleaning my teeth. The only slight thing I would say moving forward would be to give breaks between cleaning. Paula was and always is nice and competent. Mr Namih is always approachable and gives good advice and feedback. All in all a good experience.

Been with the practice for years and Mr Namih has always looked after me. He does talk you through any problems and diagnoses spot on. Along with the remedy. As such I hope he does not decide to fully retire soon

Exceptional
I’ve been a patient here for some time and the service has always been exceptional. From reception through to dentists, hygienists and assistants, everyone is consistently friendly, professional and welcoming.
I always feel listened to, well cared for and treated with genuine respect. Everything is clearly explained, and I feel comfortable and reassured at every visit.
Communication is excellent, with text and email reminders, it’s almost impossible to miss an appointment, which is really helpful when life gets busy.
When I first joined the practice I had gum disease, and through their care and treatment they’ve completely got me back on track. I now have no issues with my gums or teeth, and the improvement has been massive.
I’ve recommended this practice to family and friends, several of whom now attend. They’ve all been very happy with the care received and grateful for the recommendation.
Overall, the level of care and professionalism is outstanding. I honestly don’t think you’ll find a better dental service elsewhere. Highly recommended.
