New dentist, lovely

I have been seeing Simon for many years but as he was booked up I saw a new dentist, Manisha. She was lovely. She explained things to me clearly and we discussed different options. I felt involved in the decisions and not pressurised. I felt comfortable with her and confident in her abilities. My other half is a retired dentist so this is important to me. Thank you.

Brilliant Dental Hygienist

Super impressed with the treatment received this morning from Latoya and her colleague, using air, water and minimal scraping. Entirely painless, quick and efficient, friendly and charming and no bleeding gums! Well worth the cost. Highly recommended!

Always very friendly

Dentists have never been my favourite place to go but since I have been going to Simon and his team at Kings Hill Clinic they have always made it much less of an ordeal. I have recommended the clinic to friends and will continue to do so. The treatment is always discussed beforehand and any problems are dealt with as soon as possible. Always very friendly.

Brilliant, puts my children at ease

We’ve recently moved to Kings Hill Dental from another practice and have been really pleased with the service. The reception team are all really friendly and Amelia is brilliant, putting my children at ease, explaining everything really clearly, checking in to make sure they’re ok throughout and making sure going to the dentist is a positive experience for them.

Currently going through a two-stage process, to fit partial plates.
I have been at the practice from the beginning, so know nearly all the staff, very professionally run, and kept informed at all stages of treatment.

Reassurance and support

Due to an infection that led to being in considerable pain, I contacted the clinic, they saw me the same day and resolved the problem. I have always found the staff and service offered excellent. I appreciate it is difficult to stop people being anxious about going to the dentist but every effort is made to offer reassurance and support. I would recommend this service and team to anyone.

Best hygienist I saw today

I had my first hygienist appointment today. From the receptionist - lovely, welcoming lady, the dental nurse who called me in and the hygienist! Excellent service. The hygienist was gentle and very thorough, she took her time and always explaining what she was about to do. After care was given clearly. Very very impressive! Thank you all.
