Crown fell out

from the super lovely receptionists to the excellent and caring dental surgeons who take time to go through every detail of your treatment.

A very good experience.

My first appointment at Kings Hill Dental and I was very impressed. All reception staff were very friendly and Simon talked me through exactly what he was doing and the findings of several X rays.

Having avoided the dentist for some time due to previous bad experiences elsewhere, I attended with gum pain and was advised after my check-up that I needed to see the hygienist for a clean — something I was warned would be uncomfortable.

I arrived feeling extremely anxious, but from the moment I met Stephanie, I felt at ease. She was exceptionally calm, kind, and reassuring, taking the time to explain exactly what she was doing and why at every stage. Her patience and understanding with a very nervous patient were outstanding. She regularly checked in with me, paused whenever needed, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout.

While the treatment was understandably uncomfortable at times, Stephanie’s professionalism and gentle manner meant I was able to get through a full clean — something I genuinely didn’t think I’d manage. Although this hasn’t completely removed my fear of dental visits, it has made a significant difference, and I now feel far more confident about returning to see her in the future.

I can’t thank Stephanie enough and would highly recommend her, particularly to anyone who feels anxious or apprehensive about dental treatment.

I have been with Kings Hill Dental for around 15 years and couldn’t be happier.
The service is friendly & professional. Whether it’s a routine or being fitted in for an emergency appointment (like recently) I couldn’t fault them. Highly recommend.

Lovely dental team and service

Just been to see Amelia ( dentist ) and Vicky ( dental nurse ) at Kings Hill dental. As usual, the service and care shown was first class again. Amelia has also gone above and beyond to squeeze in another visit for me before I go back to work in the New year. So helpful.
