Very nice experience- had a hygienist appointment today with and she was exceptional, very thorough and meticulous with her cleaning!

I’ve had dentist visits too and dentist also very nice and competent

Welcomed and cared for

Attended as part of treatment planned visits. As always Simon Dumper was welcoming and involved me in aspects of planned treatment for the day and next visit. Always feel very welcomed and cared for by all at surgery which alleviates my anxiety. Really happy with work done to date - thank you!

Valued as an individual

Simon is always positive and welcoming, setting one at ease. He has a remarkable memory for one's personal situation and this contributes to the sense of being someone valued as an individual. On a professional level he is extremely skilled and always undertakes any work needed in a gentle but thorough way, explaining the detail and the rationale first to ensure one is happy/comfortable with the plan. Other team members are pleasant and efficient and it is clear that attention is paid to maintaining the environment to a very high standard.

They made the visit a pleasure

I generally do not like going to the dentist. However the two girls that administered my treatment were very polite and made the visit a pleasure (never thought I would say that) well done! I'm going back in three months!
