Great practice

I needed an emergency appointment after being in pain over the weekend. The practice was great, they managed to squeeze me in and get me sorted. Everyone at the practice is really helpful

My experience

Receptionist came across as rude, I was only asking a question and she got defensive when I didn’t understand. She could have just explained properly, as I remained polite.
