Six monthly check up
As always Caroline did a thorough check up. I had chipped part of a tooth and she ran through the options to repair it. We decided just re do part of the filling and Caroline did it there and then which was great as it meant didn’t have to come back for a second appointment.

Edge composite bonding-Absolutely over the moon with the results
I had bonding done by Dr Roshi. I had my top 6 teeth edge bonded to even out my smile from the side. I am absolutely over the moon with the results and can not stop looking at them! She is amazing! Not only is she good at her job, she is such a lovely person too! Super chatty and makes you feel so comfortable! All of the dental nurses are absolutely lovely too and always up for a chat!! Reception staff are super pleasant too! Couldn’t recommend enough x

I received a text message stating that I needed to call the dentist to book a routine check-up appointment. I was transferred to the answering service and told I would receive a callback. I never received a callback and tried a couple of times more but no response. More recently I have been suffering from toothache and tried to book an appointment. Unfortunately no response after leaving a message several times for a callback. Giving this dental practice 1 star implies poor service, but should be zero stars as they do not provide any service at all. This is a dysfunctional service and not fit for purpose as an NHS dentist.

Teeth straightening consultation
I had a consultation about teeth straightening after research suggested this was the best place in north Manchester for it. The consultation felt more like an Invisalign sales pitch. Which I didn’t massively mind, because it is of interest. But there was a LOT of information about the process and cost. When I asked for email follow up, I felt there was pressure applied to book an appointment (we’re really busy and if you call reception, they might not be able to get you in). I had to chase two days later for the information, and just got a quote with no explanation of the process, no explanation of what was a deposit and would be taken off the cost of treatment, etc. Given they’d be expecting me to spend in the region of £4K, it’s not good enough and I won’t be having treatment here.
On the plus side, the woman I spoke to was otherwise very nice and answered questions as best she could during the conversation.

Dental implants recemented -absolutely fantastic service
My implants had worked themselves loose rang the surgery and Rob saw me at the earliest opportunity. He explained the diagnosis clearly and re-cemented my dental implants back in. The whole process was carried out speedily and efficiently and Rob gave me my smile back...absolutely fantastic service as always the aftercare is second to none. Thank you so much.

I arrived early and was seen pretty much straight away. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. My dentist Caroline was very professional and explained what she was doing, fortunately I did not need any further treatment.
