Procedure itself was fine, I just had to sit about for two hours because I think they forgot me. Also, when my other permanent retainer became loose a few years back, they didn't mention rebonding it was an option, which I wish they did because instead they removed it and my teeth have since shifted.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I was sorry to hear that unfortunately you ended up waiting quite a while to be seen for your appointment. Our reception team has been made aware of what happened but
we would urge any patient that has been waiting more than 30 minutes and hasn't been notified of a wait to ask again at reception about the delay. It is also very unusual that when you had your previous appointment a few years back that the option wasn't discussed to re-bond the retainer as we always like to give options to patients and see what they would prefer to do. I am glad to see when you had your appointment that you were happy with the outcome of your treatment.

I don’t think anyone really gets excited about going to the dentist, I know for a lot it isn’t easy at all. Rob and the Inglewood House team definitely go above and beyond to make the experience less daunting, more comfortable and provide an exceptional service and smiles all around.

Annual checkup

Friendly service even though the task at had was not meant to be enjoyable. However Roshni had a very gentle touch and kept asking me if I was ok throughout the whole session. I was definitely made to feel relaxed. The experience was not as daunting as I’d anticipated.

Today, I had a routine appointment to restore a tooth and eliminate the pain I have been experiencing recently.
