Initial consultancy for cosmetic treatment - Excellent service
The dentist and the support staff were all very friendly and the appointment went ahead on time. The examination was done thoroughly and efficiently in under half an hour. All options were explained to me very clearly, with no pressure to choose any particular option. An itemised quote was produced there and then including all options, so I could pick and choose to suit my budget. This was emailed to reception for me to collect so I had time and space to consider my options. It was a great experience giving me a clear way forward and I made appointments for the required treatment before I left. I would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant
Annual check-up with Rob. Was great to catch up with Rob (as always), he's very personable and always wants to know how my personal life is going outside of my dental health. He always remembers things I've told him in previous check-ups and asks questions (new baby, new house etc). Absolutely brilliant.

Caroline as always was lovely, takes her time to explain the procedure step by step and you get a true sense of care. I then saw the hygienist who I hadn’t seen before and she also was patient and caring with me especially as I have super sensitive teeth.

I made an appointment to see Rob because of a problem with my mouth. I was given quite a quick date for which I was very grateful. I arrived early and was told, very apologetically, that Rob was running a bit late and would i mind waiting. This was not a problem for me and I only waited about 10 minutes. I was greeted as usual with a friendly smile and a reassuring chat. Rob manages to combine complete professionalism with a happy familiar demeanour which immediately puts you at ease. I explained my problem and after a brief examination, Rob was able to tell me exactly what was wrong, how it was caused and how to treat it. I left there, all my fears alleviated, ready for the day ahead!

All the staff are really lovely and friendly at Inglewood House. The hygienist was thorough and clearly explained what she was doing as she went along. Caroline always does a thorough check up and we also discussed timescales and details of future planned treatment.
