Unfortunately instances do happen where we are unable to see every patient on time and the reception are unable to keep you informed on exactly how long the wait might be. We do try and communicate with the dental surgeries when there might be a delay so we can keep patients up to date with wait times, so I am sorry this has not happened when you visited. Your feedback has been passed on to the team.

Check up and appt with hygienist
As always, I am very happy with all aspects of care from all staff who I had contact with today. From the moment I arrived in reception everything went well. I arrived early so I was directed to the comfortable waiting room on the first floor, where I watched television until my appointment time.
Dr. Culshaw knows my medical history as well as the dental treatments I have had over the years and takes care that all dental treatment would be acceptable to the heart specialists who treat me.

Made an appointment to see Caroline after a chipped tooth started to be a slight problem. Got to see her quickly, had an x ray, tooth repaired and reassured all was ok. Can’t fault any of the people who work there, always kind, friendly and courteous.

I needed a bridge re-bonding. Urgently.
I asked for an appointment to re-fit the bridge as soon as possible as it appeared in good condition and so were the teeth on which it was attached. I called for an appointment at 8.30am. At 12.30pm the job done I was looking forward to going dancing that evening!
