Unfortunately delays can happen throughout the day which means that the surgeries can end up running behind. We do try and keep the reception team informed if there is delays so they can inform patients so I am sorry if this hasn't happened on this occasion. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you weren't as happy at your appointment as you have been in the past when attending the practice. Firstly I would like to apolgise that there was a delay at getting you seen on time. We do try not to keep patients waiting but unfortunately things can happen during the course of the day which means delays do happen. We do try and make sure the reception team are aware of these delays in surgery so they can make patients aware that there could be a wait for the appointment. I am also sorry to hear you were surprised at the charge for your appointments. The practice did make the difficult decision to increase our prices last year. This is not something we do very often but with prices increasing to keep the surgery running unfortunately we had to make this decision and whilst we appreciate that the cost of living is difficult for everyone this is why our price increase was quite minimal. Judging from what you were charged it would appear you also had dental xrays taken as well, which would also have been an additional fee. Our prices for our most routine treatments are available on our website and this is kept up to date.
