Exceeded expectations
I was quite apprehensive after not being in a dental surgery for nearly 5 years and not being in this one for nearly 15 years. The surgery and especially Rob, hasn’t changed, only improved. It was beyond the high standards I remember from my first ever treatment to how I was, rest assured, dealt with and treated today. Very grateful as someone who struggles. Now I’m hopeful and not at all worried about what’s ahead. Thank you. It’s also nice to be greeted by and sorted out by such a warming, friendly receptionist.

Put me totally at ease
The dentist had taken the time to read over my new notes and we talked first about the issues I'd had lately. This put me totally at ease and the rest of the visit came and went without incident but also, the two ladies were having a natter to each other with the odd gag thrown in, it was lovely to be in the company of two ladies who made me feel at home.

Extremely considerate
Having a phobia of dentists means I'm particularly critical of any dental treatment. With this in mind, I must say that Rob and his team are wonderful.
