Tooth ache sorted.
I had been experiencing bad toothache, which wasn’t calming down, I was due to go away on holiday for 3 weeks. The receptionist was really understanding and squeezed me in so I was able to see my Dentist. Rob was fantastic. We agreed the best thing was to remove the tooth. I am such a wimp at the dentist but he made me feel calm and explained everything. He was so good, I didn’t even feel the tooth coming out and it was all over with in a minutes. Wonderful service, so professional and friendly. Thank you.

Emergency Appointment
After having dentures fitted, a few days later I developed a nasty infection that resulted in most of my face.
A quick call to the surgery and an appointment was organised. Antibiotics were prescribed after checking that there was nothing underlying.
Now on the way to recovery.

Thorough and reassuring
The appointment with Caroline was thorough and reassuring. She checked my lower tooth which was filed last time as it caught on my lip, said lower inside flesh wasn't scarred like last time. I still catch it, but not as much. We decided not to file tooth this time.

Normal checkup appointment was booked. Found a couple of problems and within the week, all were fixed.
Always made to feel relaxed and greeted with happy smiles from all staff from reception to Rob and the dental nurse.
