Checkup and clean

Kept waiting about 25 mins to see dentist. Felt rushed by Hygienist as surgery was being tidied while I was still there. I might have been last client of the day.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent visit to the practice and whilst visiting the hygienist you felt rushed. This is not the experience we want our patients to have, and your comments will be fed back to the team. Whilst I also understand the frustration of not being seen on time, as much as we do try not to keep patients waiting for their appointments, sadly it is not always possible for us to see everyone at the exact time they have been booked in. Whilst we try to plan for every appointment, we sometimes have to make allowances for patients in need of urgent care. I hope going forward you find your appointments run to our usual standards.

Cosmetic Dentistry

Attended surgery today to have top teeth prepared for temporary veneers.
Had bottom teeth done 2-weeks ago. Absolutely amazing results. Corrected many misaligned, miss-shaped teeth and also an aged gold crown.
Never felt a thing. Dr. Rob is an amazing dentist with phenomenal talent and patient communication and compassion.
Two more visits to have permanents fitted. Cant wait to get in "that chair".

I am absolutely over the moon

Recently had veneers and several crowns fitted by Dr Rob Dorrington. Following a recommendation from a close friend who had also had work done. Several appointments later, I now have an have an immaculate set of teeth! I am absolutely over the moon with the results, which are amazing! Rob is the best dentist I have ever visited. He explained every step from start to finish and I never felt a thing throughout. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone thinking of getting dental work done. Fantastic! 6 Month Checkup Review

I booked my bi annual dental checkup and visit with the hygienist. The checkup was expected and went smoothly. The hygienist was cancelled the morning of my appointment and the phone call from the receptionist wasn’t a great experience. Her manner was abrupt and not helpful at all. After my checkup I was advised to rebook my cancelled hygienist appointment with reception and this experience was the same as the phone call I received earlier in the day. The receptionist was rude and I was spoken to in a demeaning manner. The appointment with the hygienist however was rebooked without a long delay to be seen.
