Always a pleasure to attend my routine dental check up and the hygienist at Inglewood. Staff are friendly, welcoming and professional, and Caroline is so caring- we think of her as ‘our Tooth Fairy’.

Root-teen visit to the Tooth fairy
Every single member of staff, helps taking a ordinary visit to a dentist, into a visit to the Disney Land Dentist. Calm, gentle, kind and reassuring, with the touch of Magic. Absolutely brilliant.

Seen at short notice in a personal emergency
I emailed the practice on a Friday lunchtime. Within minutes, the email had been sent to Caroline Henshaw and I was given a Saturday appointment at 10.50. I didn't even know Inglewood House was open at weekends! Examination was swift and a diagnosis forthcoming immediately which was well explained using the X Ray that was taken of the tooth. Really top class service which was exemplary.

Temporary filling
Waited weeks for an appointment having explained on the phone that I had taken a chunk out of a tooth. No surprises then it needed filling. But the appointment slot I had was not long enough to do that in. So I came away with a temporary filling and another 8 weeks to wait for an appointment to put a permanent one in. Would have expected to be treated in full this time around. Very disappointed. But as always the staff were all very friendly and explained everything fully.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to hear that you had to wait so long for an appointment with a broken tooth. We do try and prioritise patients that are having problems or in pain. Unfortunately without an initial assessment it is not always possible to get a filling done at one visit. This is because sometimes treatment can take much longer than we expect, and we cannot book this time out without seeing what treatment is actually needed. If we can try and resolve the treatment in one visit then we will always try to accommodate this. I am glad to see that the team have been friendly when you attended the practice and have tried to be as helpful as possible.

I cannot fault any of the staff
Even though it’s bad enough having to have a filling, I cannot fault any of the staff at Inglewood dentistry, always pleasant, friendly and reassuring, couldn’t contemplate going elsewhere.
