First rate treatment
I never worry about my visit to see Caroline. People wish me luck when I tell them I have a dental appointment! Luck is never needed. Caroline shows genuine interest in me as an individual and I get first rate treatment with my teeth. She had taken care of my teeth for years and I never have any complaints. I travel from Rossendale because she’s so good.

Prep work for vaneers and temporary crowns fitted
Reception staff were friendly, appointment bang on time. Dr Rob Dorrington talked me through every step of the treatment and explained the next stages. I can honestly say that I felt no pain whatsoever from initial injections, drilling or when the crown was removed replaced. The dental nurse working with Rob was also very professional and attentive throughout. I still have five more appointments to attend but up to now, I could not be happier. I am excited and looking forward to my next appointment, and eventually having my new improved smile!

Smoothing chipped tooth causing tongue ulcer
Pleased to have been given an emergency appointment with Roshni. She identified which tooth was rubbing on an ulcer under my tongue and sorted the problem quickly. She also offered me a check up appointment for November, a 6 month interval since my last check up which is very reassuring.
