Inglewood House Dental Practice

From the text reminder to the receptionist, nurse and dentist everything was efficient and friendly. Well done Inglewood House.

I broke part of my tooth yesterday and luckily I received an appointment today which was great. Rob is as professional and skilled as always. He repaired my tooth perfectly and the cost was very acceptable. I am very happy with my treatment today and will always go back to Rob for my dental care.

Lovely receptionists, friendly and helpful, opened the side door so saved me struggling with the steps. Friendly professional dentist had all my up to date medical information and took her time with me during my examination gave me a glass of water which helped and advised me on my treatment.

A filled tooth broke and needed to be crowned and I am really happy with how the treatment went and the attention and care paid to me throughout. Due to CovId, waiting times for appointments dates are quite long, but I trust Caroline with my teeth. Hopefully, things will get back to normal again soon.

I arrived at least 5 minutes early for my 9.20am appointment and there was 1 lady in the waiting room and another 2 people who arrived at least 20-30 minutes after me were all seen - c.40 mins after my appointment time I managed to ask one of the staff who was walking by the upstairs waiting room if she had any idea when I was likely to be seen - I was told there may have been a delay with an early patient and 'had I not been informed of the wait'. I was finally taken in circa 10.10am - I have no problem waiting a short time (especially if there are complications or delays with a person already receiving treatment) - however it is unacceptable that I am left for almost 1 hr from my appointment time ( I am assuming reception forgot to register my arrival - given at least 1 of the people who arrived much later than me was definitely seen by Rob before me - so they were either extremely late for their appointment or were taken in before me?) Unfortunately due to the long delay I missed a work meeting I should have attended - and had no way to contact them to advise of the delay.

Over all the years, best service with a smile, best care, no long waits. Painless experience, professional.

I had toothache very badly whilst on holiday for a week and phoned the receptionist. I was booked in the day after my return from holiday and had the tooth taken out as it had split down the middle. I have no more pain! Thanks Rob! Very efficient practice, so friendly and professional.
