Definitely recommended
Just had my first hygienist visit at this practice. I hated having the water jet cleaning thing before but she was so gentle it wasn’t too bad at all! She was also very informative regarding what I need to do to keep my gums healthy. Definitely recommended.

Urgent appointment
I rang the surgery on Tuesday and was given an appointment for today Thursday. The receptionist was very helpful. Roshni saw me and discussed my problem and is doing what she can to help me.

I am a very nervous patient and it takes me all my time to walk through the doors. I was made to feel at ease and staff all checked how I was doing throughout. Excellent service.

Re-fix loose front crown
My front tooth crown became very loose only 5 months after it was last re-fixed. Solving the problem took very little time but Roshni then explained to me why it could have come loose again so soon, giving me options on what I should do if that happens again. Roshni is so encouraging and so thorough in explaining things through, I know whatever my choice is, I will have her backing. Following discussion we both know and agree the next step should my crown work loose again. I have a huge respect and admiration for Roshni.

Service with a smile
The staff, especially the dentist are always friendly, they are professional, always happy to help.
I have been a patient for a very long time and can recommend them.
Unfortunately the wait was quite long today, so perhaps the reception staff could update about any delay in appointment time on arrival.

Brilliant Practice
I’m in the middle of an implant being fitted. Rob is so good and actually sorted out a small problem before the main treatment. Very professional and friendly practice. I’m so pleased that I found this great dentist when moving here 11 years ago.

I was seen by Roshni today, my appointment was 5 mins late, no probs for me but Roshni did apologise, I was offered a brief plaque removal and two X-rays just to make sure Roshni hadn't missed anything! All good by me.
