Thank you to all the staff this morning who as always are very kind and professional,which is much appreciated from a nervous patient.

The treatment received today was fine. However when I came to pay despite being an NHS patient, I was charged £45 as a private patient. When I queried this I was told since April NHS rules have changed and I should have received a letter from the NHS to explain this. Having received neither a letter nor advised of any changes at my last appointment I felt very aggrieved and asked to see the practice manager. Whilst she was very understanding and apologetic I feel like a lifetime's NI payments during my working career are effectively worthless as the NHS is providing less and less. Whilst I do not blame the practice for this if there is a route to make a direct complaint to the NHS I would appreciate knowing what that is. As I have a heart condition which requires me to have scrupulous dental health and I suffer from tartar build up it would appear that instead of being charged £23-80 for my annual check up and hygienist appointment and a further £23-80 for my 6 monthly hygienist appointment which was put into my dental plan I will now have to pay an extra £83/yr which given I am a pensioner is absolutely ridiculous.

This person left a star rating but no comment.

Just had a temporary crown fitted by Roshni. If anyone can say a visit to the dentist is dreaded I can assure them that the service provided by Roshni is first class. So happy with the result and Roshni is so lovely and puts you at ease each step of the way.

Very informative and took time to explain my treatment plan, very pleased with both saira and dentist Rob.Rob also sorted out a problem i had with my tooth very quickly that has made all the difference to my confidence.

I rang for an appointment as one of my teeth had broken which was sharp and causing pain. I got an appointment the next day which I was really happy with and now everything has been sorted and no more pain.

The lovely ladies hygienist & helper are both professional & caring. They take there time to reassure an anxious customer like myself & inform you of your treatment.

Roshni Patel is an excellent denist. She is caring and thoroughly reviewed my tooth extraction stitches. She advised me further care and reassured me.
