Pleasant experience

Went in and asked to go up to the waiting room, very polite staff, a staff member came to the waiting room for me, very friendly, Caroline was her usual, friendly, always polite and puts you at ease. Overall a pleasant experience.

So pleased with my Invisalign treatment

I started my Invisalign treatment later last year. Everything was clearly explained to me and I was updated and provided with my progress feedback regularly. All the staff involved were friendly and professional. My outcome was as expected if not better. I am so pleased with my results. Would highly recommend.

Always first class treatment

A front crown fell out last night whilst eating, luckily I did not swallow it! This had happened previously and was put back in just 3 weeks ago by someone else. I rang early this morning and was told Caroline, my dentist was not working today. They made an appointment with Rob to see me, just over an hour later. He did a great job - I can smile again!

I made an appointment with Rob Dorrington and as always he was very professional and his knowledge got to the issue causing the pain. Dealt with super efficiently

Suffered a broken crown whilst on holiday but an appointment was arranged at short notice upon my return and the issue was dealt with professionally and quickly.
All the options were clearly outlined before a repair was carried out with the minimum of fuss.
