I was informed politely Dr Dorrington was running late, & asked if I wanted to wait. After a few minutes wait I was directed to the hygienist first. I found the colleagues friendly & professional. I then waited in the waiting room for a few more minutes and was directed to the dentist. He was very sympathetic and made me feel comfortable with his lovely bedside manner and proceeded with my check up which was relaxing & stress free. I was not overly delayed in any way. All in all my trip to the dentist was not a traumatic experience.

The best dentist!
I have recently had veneers fitted and a couple of fillings with Caroline. She has been amazing- the best dentist I have ever had! I can now smile with such confidence!! I was such a nervous patient a few years ago but she puts me at ease every single time and I have definitely overcome my fear. I also requested whitening trays and I was able to pick them up the next day. Couldn’t ask for more in a dentist.

Consultation for Root Canal
Everyone I’ve come into contact with at Inglewood are so helpful and accommodating on reception, my recent visit with Rob was for nerve pain, after he had explained the options available I’m now booked in for Root Canal and a crown which will save the tooth; I have every confidence in him, he is the best Dentist I have ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend Inglewood to anyone considering treatment of any kind, a friendly, professional, modern practice.

Mix up with appointment times as originally my appointment was with the dentist at 10.00am and hygienist at 10.20am. The week before I was sent a text asking me to come earlier but I don't think the hygienist appointment was changed so I had a 25 minutes wait between appointments which is unusual.

Emergency treatment
I called the surgery as having toothache and needed emergency treatment yet a scheduled appointment from a check up app 6 weeks earlier wasn’t until another 7 weeks on the 26th of July so appreciated being treated earlier as in need of fillings. However after two fillings and sealing of another tooth I’m still suffering from toothache and unable to eat on my right side as painful in both upper and lower molars despite the treatment. I’ve used sensory r repair toothpaste as instructed also yet still in pain so obviously disappointed with the outcome. X rays were taken previously to confirm just fillings required but both teeth still sensitive to liquid and to chew on. Lost a bit of faith in my dentist now.

Piece of my tooth came away on Monday teatime, rang the dentist Tuesday morning, the girl on reception was great or felt sorry for me, fitted me in 12.30pm today 21/6/22 to see ROSHI, thank you. Arrived 12 .25pm, ROSHIS assistant came for me 12.33pm, excellent. ROSHI who to me is an absolute gem, so nice, friendly, joy to be around, she took a look, sorted the problem, back in my car 12.45pm, brilliant, cannot praise this practice enough, thanks again ROSHI, not forgetting your lovely assistant (in bright green ?) also very friendly, a million thanks, what a great set up you have. ps hope Ian is doing ok he was my first dentist when I first joined your practice also a great bloke.

The CROWN still fits!
Whilst FILLING in this survey it’s obvious the surgery has nothing to BRIDGE. As regards perfection of staff and one doesn’t have to EXTRACT information. That puts you at ease immediately as they IMPLANT all the facts that are necessary in your mind.
