Emergency treatment after 6 weeks continuous pain
Rang yesterday and given a cancellation for today. Seen by Roshni who after discussion and checking identified the probable cause. X rays taken and fitted in for initial root canal treatment 2 hours later. 2nd appt now in August. Very happy with todays treatment and service but less happy with the wait for 2nd appt. I am assuming this is due to pressure on the practice by number of patients wanting nhs treatment.

Visited the practice today with a cracked tooth.
Appointment provided at the earliest opportunity.
The appointment was on time and the dentist even moved downstairs to carry out treatment due to my limited mobility.

We do have some trainee dental nurses at the practice and even though they have all been with us a little while now sometimes extra training can be taken when using the aspirator equipment.
