Inglewood House Dental Practice

I am currently having Invisalign treatment (and paid nearly £2000) and came for my checkup yesterday. Upon arrival, I checked in as normal and was asked to wait upstairs. I was waiting for an hour and a half after my appointment was scheduled. After no communication as to why my appointment was late and after waiting an hour and 15 minutes I got asked if I would like to reschedule the appointment as the dentist was going to be another 15 minutes. I thought it was slightly inappropriate to ask when I had already waited so long. My appointment was less than 5 minutes long and overall I left unhappy with the service I received.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear the service you received at your recent visit wasn't up to our usual standard. This is not what we want to hear from any of our patients. We have taken your comments onboard and have discussed them with the whole team. Unfortunately its does happen that the dentist can be delayed and we do try and keep our patients updated with how long the wait might be, this can not always be guaranteed to give an accurate time scale as sometimes the dentist himself cannot be sure, but we still do try and inform patients of a delay and I again am sorry to hear this did not happen on this occasion.

Regular 6 month Checkup

Attended my regular 6 month check up, as always arrived on time straight through to the private waiting room, less than 5 minute wait then through to see Caroline, friendly chat about my general health and then onto the check up, very professional as usual, onward to scale and clean not my favourite time but has to be done. Everything fine and OK see you in 6 months, many thanks.

Phoned up on day, morning, saw Roshni and her dental nurse, they were both brilliant with me and sorted out the problem no time.

I called for an emergency appointment which were all taken up for the day however Lisa was most helpful and found a slot for me. I have had a toothache for 3 days now and couldn't bear the pain anymore which I explained .

Fantastic dentist

Caroline is always a fantastic dentist. Super friendly and professional and explains everything that you need to know. The practice as a whole is professional and helpful and I was very grateful to be squeezed in for the appointment today.

Really happy with this practice

I attended my regular dental check-up and hygienist visit today - all went well as usual.
Great visit, dentist was happy to talk about any concerns and offer advice without any pressure of booking additional further treatment. Happy to know all areas of my mouth and jaw are being checked including cancer checks. Talks over any anomalies.
Hygienist was very efficient and competent.
Really happy with this practice.
