I called up reception prior to making an appointment to mention that I am from Liverpool and if I didn't need anything doing to my teeth, could my mum pick them up and send them to me, they continued to say no as I needed my teeth shaving down, which is fine, I got the bus, train and tram down to the dentist on time for my appointment, I then waited a whole hour before being seen, no one apologised for my wait or even cared that I had waited for such a long time, to then just be passed over my refinement, I did not need the appointment, and my whole day, time and money had been wasted. Really dissatisfied with this whole process.

I always feel at ease when seeing Rosh as she explains everything as she is working on your teeth.
Feel safe as well never worry above cleanliness or Covid as antibacterial/viral is everywhere and seats in the waiting room are socially distanced.

Filling for chipped tooth
Accidentally chipped a tooth. Appointment was very quickly arranged. No pain but sharp edge of break causing discomfort. Choice was to file sharp edge or a small filling. Chose filling but was not informed of cost. I should have asked as it turned out to be £65.20 for approx. 10 minutes work. Apparently, it would still be £65.20 for more than just the one filling but I didn't need any more fillings! In retrospect I would have chosen filing down the sharp edge of the tooth which I would assume wouldn't cost so much (I have had a similar chipped tooth filed down without any cost at all). It is my fault that I did not ask about the costs, but I would suggest that dentists warn patients beforehand of the charges so that he/she can make a decision on treatment. Other than that, this is a very good dental practice.

She explained the whole process of the extraction, and
carried it out with no problems whatsoever.
Thanks team, it's very much appreciated, as i don't have
any pain anymore.
On a 2 nd visit a tooth had to be filled.
Quickly dealt with and very little pain.

I am a very nervous patient, but Caroline and all her incredible team made me feel totally relaxed from the moment I got there. Caroline explained step by step what she was doing, which really helped. She was so gentle and kind, as was her dental nurse. She even put numbing cream on my gum before she used the injection ! The only part that hurt was the bill.
