I had a crown drop off this morning. They fixed an appointment but phoned back shortly afterwards to give me a cancellation this afternoon. I popped along and what I thought was going to be a major problem was actually simply fixed. Nothing is too difficult for this practice and the staff are all so professional, friendly and efficient. Their service is more than very good, it’s excellent!

My first visit to the hygienist (Cheranda), and because of Covid, my first visit to *any* hygienist in at least 3 years. Cheranda and her assistant provided an excellent thorough and professional service, and I would definitely recommend her to other patients.

Tooth replacement discussion with Dr Dorrington
Following a cat scan to consider if there was sufficient bone to enable an implant solution, I had a follow up appointment to discuss options. Dr Dorrington explained very clearly, with reference to my scan (very detailed images with precise measurements), what my options were. He presented two solutions and explained the pros and cons of each in simple terms using scan images and models. I was asked to consider how I want to proceed and to let him know. I felt I was treated well, the facility was first rate and both Dr Dorrington and his two staff displayed a friendly, professional manner throughout.

I was escorted to the Surgery after placing my handbag and coat in a box which was carried upstairs by my escort who treated me very courteously.

I have just had a crown fitted by Roshni and Codie. I suffer with jaw problems and they have been amazing ! They give me time to rest my jaw during treatment. I have always been anxious about dental procedures but Roshni and Codie have really helped my confidence. They are friendly and kind whilst being professional in every way.
