We are sorry to hear that charges were not explained to you before you went ahead with treatment, this is usual to hear as we do always try and explain charges and make sure everyone is aware and issued with an estimate before they proceed. We will however make sure all the team is aware of your feedback. Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant service from phoning for an appointment this morning, due to losing the ‘temporary’ filling that lasted over 12 months, to being seen at 12 o’clock. My appointment booked for February has been brought forward to today so that’s even better. Thank you.

Always the best care

The reception staff are always friendly and as accommodating as they can be. The dental team are knowledgeable and professional and I always leave knowing I’ve had the best and most appropriate treatment.

Gentle whilst still being thorough

Visited with Cheranda Brown. She is very gentle whilst still being thorough. Makes going to the hygienist really quite bearable.

Absolutely amazing

Halfway through having top and bottom All On Four, absolutely amazing, have the top teeth complete with these permanent replacement teeth and in the process of having the bottom ones replaced, they feel so natural, comfortable and look fantastic, chose the colour and the actual style of the teeth with the assistance of Rob and they are replacing full dentures so no more messing around daily as these are permanent-couldn’t be any happier with the results so far!

Really put me at ease

Overdue hygienist visit, she really put me at ease and I am so glad I booked the appointment despite me finding these appointments difficult anyway.

Hygienist General Check & Clean (3/monthly visit)

Since I joined the practice twelve months ago this was my fourth visit, three hygienists and one dentist. Obviously with the current situation it puts a lot of extra pressure on everybody in all businesses, I have found the staff to all be very pleasant and helpful during these difficult times.
