Roshni quickly assessed the situation and started treatment straight away which I hadn’t expected. She said the treatment can be completed in one more visit. However, I wasn’t offered a second appointment until March which is very disappointing.

I can't fault the prompt arrival to leaving.

I had my routine 6 monthly check up today. I was pleased to be told that my teeth and gums are in good condition. After check up, scale and polish. All good. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Fast and efficient progress
Almost no waiting time, the staff know where to go and what to do once they are there.
They are aware of the effect their work is having on you and provide opportunities for a breather and always explain what they are doing and why.

I had a problem with my gum swelling up and blistering, I rang this morning for an appointment got one immediately, came in, saw my dentist, she took X-rays, found the problem and gave me a course of antibiotics and hopefully all will be sorted out. She also told me about possible future treatment if necessary.

Check up with dentist and hygienist treatment
Parking was a problem. I now have to use a wheelchair, and getting near enough to the building to get in was problematic.
Once in, however everything was fine.
Check up was ok, plenty of room to transfer from wheelchair to dentists chair.
Dentist explained what she was doing, as she was going along.
Hygienist was very gentle, as requested, as my last experience hadn't been a good one!
She applied a gel anaesthetic to my gums as she was going along, to ease the discomfort.
