Check-up (including due x-rays) with Caroline a warm welcome and a thorough checkup as usual. Good chat and first class advice regarding dental health care.

Temporary filling fell out.
My temporary filling fell out. All the staff involved in getting it fixed from my phone call to the receptionist, to seeing the dentist were all outstanding. Cannot thank you all enough for a caring, speedy service. An excellent dental practice that I can’t recommend highly enough.

Hygienist treatment
Unfortunately the results of my hygienist treatment were not as satisfying as the previous times. I was treated by a different lady and when I brushed my teeth in the evening I noticed that the back of my teeth were still stained. The work was not done thoroughly. I am disappointed because I waited many month for this appointment and drove a long way to get there trusting that I am in good hands (like before), besides I pay the full fees as a private patient.
