I was very impressed with everything.
It’s a great dental practice and Caroline is so lovely.

The treatment was excellent and the hygienist was extremely thorough. I think it was the best session I can recall so when I booked my next appointment in 3 months I specifically asked to be treated by the same hygienist.

This person left a star rating but no comment.

Caroline was professional as always and carefully examined my jaw. She was so reassuring about the movement in my jaw and will keep it under review.

Hygienist visit - having been 4 times a year with Catherine I didnt like to change but all seems well and I think my new one is Cheranda but she never introduced herself so not positive but she seems nice and does what seems a good job although slightly different ways in carrying out the treatment but all seemed good and professional.

Both Steph and Lisa are fully in charge up front and always friendly and professional and very busy most of the time.

Lovely practice & Roshni is an excellent dentist. Dental nurses are polite, friendly & professional.
The reception staff are very helpful.
Overall a lovely team.

I’ve never been afraid of visiting the dentist, however, fears of Covid and shielding at home have meant that I was reluctant to make my twice-annual visit from South Manchester Whitefield. Despite this, having put up with and tried unsuccessfully to ignore agonising pain for months and months and months, I finally gave in and rang the surgery pleading for an appointment. I was listened to patiently, was seen within two days and felt from the moment arrived at Inglewood House to the moment I left completely Covid safe. Everything had been and was being done to make patients feel secure and safe. I’ve known Dr Robert Dorrington since he was at school (I’m a teacher), so we’re talking about at least 30 years! Never was I more glad to see him than on this occasion!

He confirmed quickly that a nerve had died in a large tooth in my lower jaw and explained my options. Having previously had full root canal work, I felt in this instance I would prefer an extraction - Rob’s face fell and he warned me he might need to put me in a headlock! I have very very strong teeth, bones, and twisted and hooked roots. On a normal day this fine, when it’s an extraction this is hard work.

Four injections, three X-rays, one surgical procedure to split my tooth and probably over an hour later, I finally said goodbye to the offending tooth. I don’t know who was more exhausted, me or my marvellous dentist!

I’ll be honest, this was a tricky procedure and nearly a week later I’m still aching and taking a course of penicillin alongside a newly found passion for jelly and rice pudding. Rob’s black and blue thumbprint has worn off my chin. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a difficult denture procedure but I would not have missed it for the world, and couldn’t have been in more capable hands. I know that once the after effects of all the pushing and shoving have worn off and my jaw goes back to normal, I will feel so so much better. Seriously, throughout the whole procedure Rob and his lovely assistant were kindness itself, he was reassuring and explained everything at every stage of the torture. I can laugh now…. Just about… but I wouldn’t have been if it hadn’t been for my fantastic dentist. I’ve already booked my next visits and hygienist appointment for January and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Now that I’ve seen how thorough Inglewood House is in dealing with safety, I would have no concerns visiting, and I can only reiterate what I’ve always known - Rob is a star! Thank you!

Have been having treatment from dental hygienists for many years. Cher is the best I’ve had by a mile.

I always see the same dentist if possible. Consistent professional, friendly, knowledgeable service given. The dentist always makes me feel at ease and in turn is easy to talk to and explain any problems I might have. I always leave feeling my problem is solved. The practice is spotlessly clean and COVID measures are still in place, making it feel quite safe to attend appointments.

All staff are friendly and polite.
The environment, throughout, is clean, tidy, and adheres to all government guidelines.
Dental interventions were efficient and relatively quite painless.
Explanation given throughout procedures, with time for questions and answers before and after.
I would highly recommend Inglewood if you are in search of a private practice.

I always try to see Roshni. Never disappointed. She’s friendly, professional, knowledgeable and I always leave happy with any treatment given (or non-treatment sometimes). The practice is spotlessly clean and Covid measures are still fully in place which is reassuring.

Had my appointment recently. Turned up nice and early. Disappointed to have to wait 15 minutes outside the door having rang the intercom and told someone will be with me when available. 15 mins later I was asked to come in. I don't recall receiving any notice making me aware to manage expectations.
I’d have sat in the car and arrived when my appointment was.
The service that followed was excellent and what I have come to expect with the Inglewood team.

My family has been coming to this dentist for over 15 years and we have always received the best treatment with an extremely professional and friendly manner.

I have been a patient at Inglewood House for over 15+ years they are a superb dental practice and Roshni my dentist is so lovely, patient and caring. I have never had any reason to complain about any of my treatment there and would not go to any other dentist, I actually enjoy going to my dental appointments.

11th November, attended my last appointment for my treatment plan with Roshni my lovely dentist and lovely dental nurses. See you all in a few months for my check up. The only drawback is waiting outside to be seen, now winter is almost here is there any chance a shelter/canopy could erected to protect from rain/cold wind?
