I felt very safe

Excellent service. All staff (receptionist, nurse and dentist) were very friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease. I was impressed with the Covid precautions - I felt very safe.

Emergency Treatment

I needed urgent treatment from a damaged tooth. I was seen the same day I phoned up. Rob was so efficient and sorted the problem. All the staff in the practice were very professional and yet approachable.

Routine checkup

I felt reassuringly cared for during my visit to the hygienist and dentist. The Hygienist was very thorough and gave me really clear and helpful feedback after my treatment. I was swiftly and professionally attended to by the dental nurses throughout my visit. I have absolute confidence in my dentist who offered a balanced and honest opinion in response to my dental questions.

Caroline fantastic as always. Very reassuring and helpful. Great with children.

Good new Hygienist introduced herself. Could have given few more opportunities to rinse or have a break during scrape.

The examination and advice from Roshni, the dentist, was excellent as usual: she discussed the many options available (including leaving it all alone!) Raabia, the hygienist, was very thorough and very gentle as well; she too gave good information and advice.

Emergency check on painful /sensitive teeth

I phoned in the morning for an appointment as I have been having pain in my teeth on o e side of my mouth. I got an appointment for the same day. I was treated quickly and given further advice. I was very happy with care and treatment I have received today.
