Check up appointment
I arrived for the first appointment of the day and was kept waiting for over half an hour. Apparently Rob was doing an emergency but nobody told me I would be waiting over half an hour. Not very efficient or polite by receptionist staff.

Best dentist I have ever seen
Roshni is the best dentist I have ever seen in my life. You feel assured at her professionalism and expertise. Her warmth is soothing and her treatment always excellent. Her nurse and all reception staff are friendly and professional and always make you welcome. Even during lockdown they cared about their patients and their practices are thorough and safe. I cant sing this dental surgery's praises enough.

As ever excellent service delivered in a personable, courteous & professional manner, whilst continuing to maintain all necessary Covid protocols.
Coming to the final stage of my treatment for a tooth implant, which initially was a bit daunting, but all procedures were fully explained before , during & after treatment providing peace of mind.
I have been a patient for many years and would highly recommend this practice for their ongoing commitment to excellence.

Check up and Hygienist visit
I have just had my 6 month visit with Dr Rob Dorrington and my 6 month hygienist visit with Cheranda Brown. I used to hate going to the dentist until I switched to this practice and I am so glad I did. From the minute you walk in the staff are so helpful and pleasant. The coved measures in place are impressive and very reassuring. The most important reason for my happiness in using this dental practice is that since I have been coming here my teeth and gums have improved considerably.
