Hygienist and examination by the dentist

The hygienist was extremely thorough and suggested the use of specific size TePes to help remove interdental food particles.
Rob answered my queries, dealt with a problem and reassured me about the overall general health of my teeth.

Emergency treatment broken veneer

When I first called, I was told August for appointment despite the fact I had one front tooth. This was because I hadn't been back since my veneers 13 years ago. This is because they were fine till now! I left you a bad review on google - then the reception who had refused me an appointment called me later to say Caroline had agreed to see me same day. Caroline as before, was amazing, considerate and put me at ease. For this reason alone, I have signed up to your care plan and will now transfer all future dentistry to your practice. I have altered my google review from 1 to 5 star.

Check up

Worried this would be a nightmare as I had a total knee replacement 2 weeks ago. The staff were so accommodating- let in through side entrance to avoid stairs and Rob did his examination on the ground floor. All the staff were warm and welcoming and made my visit very pleasant.
